D.O.T.S Projector is a type of Evidence in Phasmophobia, used to determine which Ghost is haunting a location. It is detected by placing a D.O.T.S Projector in close proximity of a Ghost, and allowing it to pass through it.
Acquisition
D.O.T.S can be obtained as evidence by placing a D.O.T.S Projector in a location, and waiting for a ghost to pass through it. Ghosts passing through D.O.T.S projections appear as faint humanoid silhouettes with considerable speeds, and can be seen near the ghost's location. Ghost silhouettes are also visible through video cameras, meaning they can be tracked simultaneously alongside Ghost Orbs. Dead players cannot see D.O.T.S. by any means.
D.O.T.S Projector evidence cannot be discovered if Ghost Writing has occurred, and vice versa.

Unique Interactions
Goryo
If the onsite ghost is a Goryo, the silhouette will not be visible to the naked eye and can only be seen under two conditions:
- There are no players near the Goryo
- The D.O.T.S projection must be viewed with a video camera
The best way to determine a Goryo's presence is by watching for D.O.T.S in person, then from the Computer.
