As of beta build 0.177.05 throwing smudge sticks at the ghost will clear this objective. Since this was/is not the case in 0.176.39 (current regular build). In case anyone disputes this, I have clear video evidence from shadowplay Marcus051 (talk) 23:44, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
